Neurock, Talstrasse 58, 8001 Zürich, Switzerland, is the controller responsible for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What we collect

When you submit a contact or audit enquiry, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, company, website, and any message content.

We also collect limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used only to operate and secure the site.

3. Why we process it

We process your data to respond to enquiries, deliver the services you request, and improve our website. The legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running our business.

4. Third parties

We use a small number of processors to operate the site, including Sanity (content management) and our hosting and analytics providers. These parties process data only on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

We never sell your personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Under the nFADP and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
