Methodology

For each sector we built a set of category-specific buyer prompts, the real questions a decision-maker would ask an AI assistant before shortlisting a provider.

We ran every prompt across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude, then scored each company on the same five dimensions we use in our audits: Content Structure, Answer Density, Trust Signal Visibility, Technical Accessibility, and External Authority.

The score is the blended average across all four platforms, normalized to 100.

When a buyer asks an assistant who to work with, it names two or three companies and moves on. The audit puts the questions your buyers actually ask to all five AI platforms, scores you on the five things a model weighs before it cites anyone, and shows you which competitor is named in your place. You get the gap and the order to close it in, five business days from briefing.
