Terms of Service

Neurock provides Answer Engine Optimization, Answer Engine Advertising, Agentic Commerce enablement, and related advisory services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any engagement are defined in a separate written proposal or statement of work.

We commit to professional, diligent execution. We do not guarantee specific rankings, citation volumes, or revenue outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including third-party AI platform behavior.

Fees are stated in Swiss francs unless agreed otherwise. The AI Visibility Audit is provided free of charge as an introductory engagement, while paid programs are invoiced in advance, with Answer Engine Optimization carrying a three-month minimum term unless stated otherwise.

Invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payment may incur default interest in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations.

Deliverables created specifically for a client become the client’s property upon full payment. Neurock retains ownership of its underlying methodologies, frameworks, scoring systems, and pre-existing materials.

Each party will keep confidential any non-public information disclosed during an engagement and use it solely for the purpose of the engagement.

To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Neurock’s total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by Swiss substantive law. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for any dispute is Zurich, Switzerland.
